I am Ritu Malhotra, Lifestyle & Wellness Consultant, Chandigarh, India, when I included flaxseeds in my daily routine, I kept it very simple—1 teaspoon of freshly ground flaxseeds every morning, either mixed with warm water or added to my breakfast. In the first couple of weeks, I noticed my digestion improving and a clear reduction in bloating, which made me feel lighter overall.

As the weeks passed, the biggest change was in my appetite control. I stayed full for longer hours and naturally stopped reaching for unhealthy snacks between meals.

My energy levels felt more stable, and I didn’t experience the usual mid-day hunger crashes. Combined with mindful eating and light activity, flaxseeds supported slow but sustainable weight loss, making them an easy habit I’ve continued long-term.
