These include conditions such as multiple sclerosis (destruction of the protective covering of the nerves), lupus (an inflammatory disorder affecting the brain, heart, skin, kidneys and blood cells), and arthritis (pain and swelling in the joints).
  • Not only this, it is also advised to stay away from intoxicants like alcohol while using Ashwagandha and Shatavari.
