Even after eating full meals, I often feel hungry again within 1–2 hours. My meals are mostly rice or bread with small portions of vegetables. I also snack frequently during work. Could my diet be causing constant hunger?
Meals high in refined carbohydrates but low in protein and fiber may not keep you full for long. Frequent snacking and stress eating can also increase hunger signals.
Try balancing meals with:
- Protein sources (eggs, lentils, yogurt, chicken, tofu)
- Fiber-rich foods
- Healthy fats
- Adequate hydration
Emotional stress and lack of sleep can also increase appetite and cravings.
