It is a condition in which a person experiences the involuntary release of semen during sleep, often accompanied by an erotic dream or sexual fantasy. This phenomenon is not limited to any particular age group or culture and may occur in both men and women.

Nightfall is a result of the body’s biological mechanism to release semen that has accumulated in the reproductive system. The release of semen can occur due to sexual arousal or stimulation, but it can also happen spontaneously during sleep, even without sexual stimulation.

1 Tulsi (Basil).

Chew a few leaves of basil two hours before sleeping at night and drink water. Drinking basil root mixed with water will also be beneficial.

Consuming fresh gooseberry daily is beneficial. Turmeric and honey can also be added to gooseberry juice. You can drink gooseberry powder two or three times a day after mixing it with water. It will definitely effective.

Mix amla or gooseberry powder and ground sugar candy and consume it morning and evening. A glass of amla juice will get rid of the problem of nightfall quickly.

4 Almond Milk.
