I drink good amount of water but still face constipation regularly. What am I missing?
While hydration is important, constipation is often more related to low fiber intake, lack of physical activity, or gut health imbalance. Consuming whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and maintaining regular movement supports bowel function. Stress and irregular eating patterns can also contribute. If constipation is chronic or associated with discomfort, medical advice should be taken.
