During Ramadan, staying healthy depends on eating balanced meals, staying hydrated, and getting enough rest. At Suhoor, choose protein- and fiber-rich foods like eggs, oats, whole grains, fruits, and nuts to keep you full longer, and drink plenty of water while avoiding very salty or sugary items. At Iftar, break your fast gently with dates and water, then have a light meal before eating a balanced dinner with protein, vegetables, and healthy carbs. Try not to overeat fried foods. Drink 8–10 glasses of water between Iftar and Suhoor, get proper sleep, and include light activity like walking after Iftar to maintain energy and overall well-being throughout the month.
