1. Booking & Payment Terms.
All consultations require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This allows our team to prepare tailored advice and ensures that your reserved time slot is confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session will incur no penalty.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) or no-shows will not be refunded or eligible for rescheduling.
3. Refund Eligibility.
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The service was not provided due to an error or technical difficulty on our part.
- You were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment.
- A genuine issue with the service was reported within 24 hours of the session, and the issue was verified by our team.
To request a refund, please submit a written request to support@verywelfit.com, including your name, booking details, and the reason for the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- You attended the session but were unsatisfied with subjective outcomes (e.g., didn’t like the advice given).
- You missed the session without providing 24 hours’ prior notice.
- You changed your mind after the session has been delivered.
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the session date.
5. Refund Processing Time.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
