I have tried to lose weight but felt that I could not do so until I enrolled in Verywel Fit. Under their supervision, I reduced my weight to 62kg with their help. What Motivated you to want to lose your weight?

My experience at 36 years old was that I was getting more exhausted in my routine activities. Simple tasks such as walking to run errands or using stairs overtook me and I was usually tired by the middle of the day. I desired to feel powerful, powerful, and self-assured. It was not about a scale number, but rather about being at home in my own body and getting better health. That fact motivated me to act.

Change starts with making your decisions to be focused on yourself.

What were your goals?

My major intention was to lose weight in a healthy manner, as well as achieve a weight of 62 kg, enhance stamina and general well-being. I needed to make sustainable habits, enjoy my food with no qualms, and be able to restore my energy to work and live to the fullest.

How did you manage to achieve your goals?

I went about my task rationally and gradually:

  • Dwelling on balanced meals, comprising of protein, vegetables and complex carbs.
  • Home-cooked most of the time, eliminating fried food and high-sugar beverages.
  • Included regular exercise sessions- brisk walking, brief aerobic exercise, and light strength exercise at home.
  • Respected my dietary portions and trained to eat with awareness and pay attention to hunger.
  • Monitored change by the level of energy, stamina, and the way my clothes were.
  • Eat a minimum of one meal a day with protein; this may be chicken, eggs, legumes or dairy.
  • Consume as much water as possible in order to keep hydrated and increase metabolism.
  • Plan ahead and prepare meals so that you are not tempted to have unhealthy snacks.
  • Make short activity breaks during the day even though it may be stretching or a brisk walk.
  • Always work towards improvement rather than perfection, little yet steady steps will count.

Favorite Recipes:

  • Chicken and Vegetable Grill – low fat, high-protein, satiating.
  • Egg and spinach omelette – fast, healthy, and delicious.
  • Chicken and lentil Stew– rich, protein and low in fat.
  • Mixed Vegetable and Paneer Stir-Fry – light, tasting, and rich in proteins.
  • Quinoa Salad with Cucumber and Tomato and Boiled Egg – refreshing and vitalizing.

Did you encounter setbacks?

Yes, the socializing and working days were the cause of overeating. However, I did not give up but instead I learned to have a quick recovery, change my course of action and move on in the same direction towards my goal.

Advice for Others.

Concentrate on continuity and practices. Monitor anything that is important to you–vitality, power and body sensation. Assuming that I can lose 8 kg in a healthy manner, anyone can reach his or her objectives through hard work and encouragement.

What are your future goals?

I have gained weight, and I wish to be able to keep it at 62 kg, build strength, and remain active. By means of VeryWel Fit, I would like to encourage others to change their lives permanently and make healthy choices.

The most important lesson?

Care and attention make your body react. It will have hard days, yet perseverance and conscious practices will result in change.

The true keys to permanent change are the consistency and self-belief.
