Overview.
what motivated you to Muscle Toning Journey?

I desired to be strong, thin and vigorous, with the type of bodies that suited the hard work I was working at in my everyday living. I also did not want to feel better but to be more enduring and healthy. This was the breakthrough, I had made my mind up to work on gaining muscle and shaping my body.
