When I wake up, my fingers and knees feel stiff and painful for some time. Then it becomes normal. Is this normal aging?

Stiffness in joints after waking up is not always just due to aging. It may indicate early inflammation, vitamin D deficiency, or even conditions like arthritis. If the stiffness lasts for more than 20–30 minutes or occurs regularly, it needs attention. Gentle stretching, adequate sunlight exposure, and maintaining joint mobility can help.
