I am 22 and recently noticed that even after sleeping properly I still feel tired during the day. My work is mostly on the computer and I try to eat reasonably healthy food at home. However the fatigue keeps coming back especially in the afternoon. I am wondering whether this type of fatigue usually comes from lifestyle habits, lack of movement, or nutritional deficiencies. What should I examine first before assuming something serious?

Fatigue despite adequate sleep can sometimes occur when sleep quality is disrupted. Factors such as irregular bedtime, late screen exposure, stress, or poor sleep environment can reduce deep restorative sleep. Evaluating sleep hygiene, hydration, and physical activity levels often helps identify contributing factors.
