Even in normal weather, I feel colder than others. Is this normal or something wrong?
Feeling unusually cold compared to others can sometimes be related to low iron levels, thyroid imbalance, or reduced body fat. It may also be influenced by poor circulation. If this sensitivity is new or accompanied by fatigue, hair fall, or weight changes, it would be wise to get basic blood tests done. Addressing the underlying cause usually improves the symptom.
