I’ve been walking daily and doing workouts at home for almost 6 weeks, but my weight on the scale hasn’t changed much. I feel slightly fitter, but seeing no weight change is frustrating. Could I still be making progress even without losing kilos?

Absolutely. Weight alone does not always reflect fitness progress. Exercise can increase muscle mass while reducing body fat, which may keep weight relatively stable.
Other signs of progress include:
- Better stamina
- Improved mood and sleep
- Clothes fitting differently
- Increased strength and energy
Consistency with nutrition, sleep, and physical activity matters more than short-term scale changes.
