For the last two weeks, I’ve been getting mild headaches almost every afternoon. I work on a computer for 8–10 hours daily and often forget to drink water while working. The headache usually starts around my forehead and improves after resting. Could screen time be the reason, or should I be concerned?

Frequent headaches can be caused by several lifestyle factors, including:
- Eye strain from prolonged screen use
- Dehydration
- Poor posture
- tensão
- Lack of sleep
Try following the 20-20-20 rule (look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes), staying hydrated, and taking regular breaks. If headaches become severe, worsen, or are accompanied by vision changes, seek medical advice.
